LUCKY CHINATOWN MALL

lucky chinatown mall map

Divisoria is well-known for its 'CHEAP FINDS'.
I remember my late aunt telling us often: 'Sa Divisoria, marami niyan, mas mura pa.' (In Divisoria, there are plenty, even cheaper.)
I also remember her taking us there to buy us stationeries.
I never really understood what she meant then, until today. Everything was free for us. We just choose what we want, and that's what we get. Now, everything has changed. My daughter does the choosing, while I do the paying. It all makes sense to me now. It's a good thing everything is cheaper in Divisoria. Also, Divisoria have almost everything. No wonder it's a haven for the entrepreneurs; It's not only a home of cheap finds, it's also a home of supplies. The proliferation of malls nearby didn't affect it's existence. It has remained it's status when it comes to the buyers needs.

Last week, my sister and I decided to visit Lucky Chinatown Mall, a new mall in Divisoria, to see what it has to offer. We had a good time even though only a number of stores were open, some were still not operational.

They have a nice dragon display.

They have an inflatable bouncer and animal rides for the kids.
My daughter enjoyed the panda since she loves pandas. :)
Php 80.00 for a 15-minute ride.

OUR FAVORITE: TOY STORE!

Toy Kingdom :)

Some malls nearby, in fact, has come and go, but Divisoria has remained steadfast.  And this is what I hope for Lucky Chinatown Mall, to be steadfast as well. One can see that it wouldn't be easy to compete with the existing malls in Divisoria. But I think they can make it. Aside from the fact that Megaworld Corporation owns it, I for one, would love to go there often. Imagine experiencing high-class mall, without experiencing the torture of traffic. I can now watch a movie just around the corner. Lucky Chinatown Mall just brought everything within my reach. I just can't wait til it's fully operational.
